| This certification system is divided into the
following modes according to applicant requirements: |

Pattern
Certification Mode:
This mode applies to products in the R&D phase but not yet
manufactured on production lines. Applicants send samples of
each product to our organization, and coverage of the certification
is only for these samples. Our organization provides an examination
report for the certified products, and issues a Certificate
of Eligibility for Quality Confirmation of Functional Textiles
after the Contract for Quality Inspection of R&D Samples
of Functional Textiles is signed. |

Batch-Examination
Certification Mode:
This mode applies to the certification of single batches of
quality-specified products. Our organization will dispatch an
official to execute the sampling and examination procedures.
This certification covers only the exact products sampled. Our
organization then provides an examination report for each certified
product, and issues a Certificate of Eligibility for Quality
Confirmation of Functional Textiles after the Contract for Quality
Inspection of R&D Samples of Functional Textiles is signed.
The applicants may further apply for certification labels or
tags in accordance with the quantity of the batch. |

Quality
Guarantee Certification Mode:
This mode applies to quality-specified products on a continuous
production line. Our organization will dispatch an official
to excute the sampling examination procedures,followed with
random spot checks. This certification covers products of the
same specification manufactured by the applicant within a two-year
period. Our organization provides an examination report for
the certified product, and issues a Certificate of Eligibility
for Quality Confirmation of Functional Textiles after the Contract
for Quality Inspection of R&D Samples of Functional Textiles
is signed. Within two years from the date the contract is executed,
the applicants may further apply for certification labels, tags
or authorized trademarks in accordance with the quantity of
the batches. |
